Our social mission: democratizing access to high-wage, high-mobility technology careers for historically underrepresented, minority and disadvantaged individuals in Los Angeles County.
While the rapid ascent of Generative AI represents an unprecedented economic engine, access to high-skill technical employment pathways remains highly inequitable. We believe that true economic empowerment in the digital age requires equipping community members with the standard expertise required in emerging technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure so they can achieve long-term career resilience and true financial independence.
Acies Tech was founded to bridge this digital equity gap. While the demand for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure specialists continues to accelerate rapidly, access to high-quality training and technical employment pathways remains highly unequal.
To bridge this digital equity gap, we leverage our collective expertise in Artificial Intelligence, modern web frameworks and advanced database architectures to provide hands-on training, mentorship, and direct employment opportunities. By transforming our software development pipeline into an inclusive career launchpad, we aim to build a diverse, local tech workforce capable of leading the next generation of AI and data automation
The DP-900 training program, Azure Data Fundamentals, is designed for anyone interested in learning about core data concepts. Data is the foundation on which all software is built. By learning about common data formats, workloads, roles, and services, you can prepare yourself for a career as a data professional in the modern workforce.
The PL-300 training program, Data Analysis, is designed for anyone to learn about the various data methods and best practices that are in line with the technical requirements for modeling, visualizing and analyzing data. The program shows you how to access and process data from a wide range of sources including both relational and non-relational databases.
The AI-900 training program, Azure AI Fundamentals, is designed for anyone interested in learning about the types of AI that exist, learn about what a Large Language Model is and explore Microsoft Azure AI to get a basic understanding of the transformative technology. You don’t need to have any experience with AI, just a basic level of familiarity with computer technology.
The AI-102 training program, Implementing an AI Solution, is designed for anyone to learn how to build, manage and deploy AI solutions that leverage Azure AI. By developing knowledge of other programming languages like python and C#, students get familiar with how to collaborate within cross-functional teams to bring an AI Solution to life.
The AB-730 training program, AI Business Professional, is designed for business professionals to learn how to effectively use AI–powered tools within M365 to improve productivity, decision-making and business outcomes. The focus is on real-world use cases across business tasks like drafting emails, analyzing data, and managing complex documents.
The AB-731 training program, AI Transformational Leader, is designed for business decision-makers at all levels who are responsible for guiding transformation and innovation within their teams or organizations. The focus in this program is AI fluency, strategic vision, and the ability to lead AI adoption across units, functions and workflows
